blood in sandwich

hello everybody,
Today I bought a sandwich on my way to work. and when I arrived at work 10 mins later. I took a bite and found a little bit blood in the sandwich. I went back to the supermarket and they said. that it might be possible that somebody cut his finger. I have to go back there tomorrow. But my question is, can I get hiv from the bite I took??
it was 10 minutes after I bought it.

Thank you so much
