Afraid of HIV-2

Hello everybody, I'm actually from Germany and found this board by looking up information about seroconversion time for HIV-2. I would like to ask a medical professional a question which is really important for me since I'm very scared, started to smoke 60 cigarettes a day and cannot follow up my job because of my fears. Please excuse my english, I hope everybody understands it!
I had an incidence with a sex worker in a big club in switzerland which was rubbing my penis on her vagina without protection, not just a few minutes but for a longer period of time. I must have lost my thinking when doing this:-(((! After exactly 5 weeks I did a 4th generation duo test for HIV-1 and HIV-2, P24...it was negative! However it only calmed me down a little after I found out that 5 weeks mean nothing for a negative result. After another 10 days, exactly 6 weeks and two days on day 45 I took another 4th generation duo test which was also negative and a PCR test for HIV-1 which was also negative. Unfortunately HIV-2 was not available as PCR test and the doctor said it's not necessary because the HIV-2 cases are very rare and in 20 years of working with HIV she had only one case. The results calmed me down a little, however after a couple of days my fears returned and I'm scared that I'm infected with HIV-2.

My questions are, is it possible that AB form much later with HIV-2 because it is less infectious or do you think I can be assured with the statement of the doctor that I should forget about HIV and go back to normal life!

Thank you very much in advance for a statement!

you never had a risk and didnt need testing.

transmission requires penetration...it takes place INSIDE the body, when a penis is INSIDE a vagina / anus.

it's crazy that the risks associated to the chances of getting HIV differ from country to country, also the times when a test result should be considered as accurate. I think the best solution when someone is in a situation like me is not to trust the internet but trust an experienced doctor or people like here who know what they are talking about! thank you again for your help!

you are right thank you but you know the more you hear from different sources the more you go into fear and after I read in a german board that vaginal secretion definitely is capable of transfering the virus I more or less freaked out...

I'm sorry you did not read that anywhere. Frottage is not a risk of contracting HIV.

thanks again...wow that is a big difference to what is stated over here in Europe! I read many publications that say that the risk to get infected through rubbing a penis on a vagina is still high due to the body fluids that can easily enter through the penis. So even if I had vaginal secretion on my penis I can still be assured that the risk was low? She also used some sort of lubricant and I thought maybe that lowers the risk as well because it's disinfective?

thank you again for your comment! Even if you do that for a long period of time you think there is no risk in regard to HIV transmission?

with the sensitivity of today's tests...hiv infection is showing up earlier than ever.  with that being said...the "official" guideline still requires 3 months for a conclusive result.

once again...you had NO risk

thank you Lizzie for your comment! What do you think about my time frame of 45 days regarding the AB test for HIV-2. Would an infection show up after that or does HIV-2 need longer to produce AB due to the fact that it is less infectious?

Dear Lizzie, I know that, however the sources here in Europe say that there is a risk and it is considered a risk contact, especially when you do it over a longer period of time! Also a part of my problem is that there are so many sources that tell you different facts:-(!
