Afraid of hiv-infection

I'm really worried about a possible hiv infection and I can't even sleep anymore. I only practice safe sex but there is one situation that happened almost a month ago that keeps me worried...

I stimulated another guy's penis and he ejaculated on my hand. The problem is that I bite on my fingertops due to stress which causes some small wounds... at the time his semen got on my hand/fingers and on the "wound", the skin was a bit reddish (since the "normal" skin layer was broken) and there were too tiny dried up blood spots visible, but it wasn't actively bleeding... now i'm really worried that if he had hiv, the virus got into my bloodstream because of this situation...

Is it possible I got HIV because of this situation?

I really cant think of anything else... i've always thought stimulating someone's penis is considered as safe sex but now i'm not so sure anymore.

Risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

HIV is not easy to contract, and cannot possibly enter the bloodstream via superficial cuts and scrapes like those you describe. There is no detail you could add to this event to make it a risk for HIV. You had zero risk and you do not need a test.
