Age 22 Male..Help HIV 4 generation test

I have got in depression and i am thinking about that incident all the time because i feel i have got hiv from that incident.
I will tell you my whole incident exactly so that you can provide appropriate answer
Previously i have never involved in any sex related or drug user activity but recently i was in very tension for personal problem related to studies.So i took a sex worker with me just to talk and nothing else.But when we were in the car
the sex worker took off my underwear and pants making me naked. After that she started licking,kissing and putting her lips and saliva on my inner thighs and genital area/parts.I am worried because i have pimples/open wounds/sores on my inner thighs and genital/parts and i think some infected blood of her would have passed in my blood stream by this way.Then she started licking my penis and then took my penis in her mouth and perform oral sex for 30 seconds which was unprotected/without condom!!
when she was licking/ playing with her lips by using them on my inner thighs and genital area where i have pimples and open wound she also asked a used tissue paper from another sex worker which she started using on tip/hole of my penis to control the leakage of pre cum.I don't know if that tissue paper had blood/semen of HIV positive individual on it as it was a fresh used tissue paper.I even kissed/sucked her boobs/nipples for 10 to 15 sec and then she give me a hand job for 1 min in the end. That was the whole incident which i have told you exactly!!!

I must tell you again i have open sores/pimples/wounds near my inner thigh and genital area so any fluid/blood could have got into my bloodstream.

So after this incident i have gotten scare of infected by HIV After one week of incident i got cold, fewer,cough for 5 to 6 days.So i took brufen ,ponstan, and allergy medicine for 5 to 6 days.So could these medicines i took could cause a false negative HIV test result or effect the HIV test result accuracy in any way???

So finally i went to a good hospital and took the HIV combi performed on fourth generation test eclia cobas 6000. which looks for(combination of p24 antigen/antibodies 1 and 2.)utilizing electrochemiluminescence immunoassay

The test was performed exactly after 18 and a half day from exposure

the result was = non reactive = 0.232 . cut off value 1.0

Same test from same lab performed again after 30 and a half day after exposure .

the result was = non reactive = 0.167 . cut off value 1.0

Same test from same lab performed again after 43 and a half day after exposure .

the result was = non reactive = 0.184 . cut off value 1.0

Same test from same lab performed again after 53 and a half day after exposure .

the result was = non reactive = 0.198 . cut off value 1.0

As all result were negative but the index value are increasing by every and that is making me scared a lot.As i don't know why value increasing from second test to fourth test i have did.As all were done from same lab same type of test.And the values gradually increasing

Please help me and answer my queries .I am very tensed .I am not under any treatment of hepatitis,cancer,transplant etc.I have not taken prep or HIV medication after/before exposure .And my immune system is normal.

So are my test conclusive???? PLease help very depressed

Aamir ! You were never exposed to HIV risk, as you were told already.

Agree with Teak. Plus you had a 4th Generation Elisa test to prove you are negative, non reactive means you are HIV negative.

You dont have hiv concern.Use condoms for penetrative sex and you will remain hiv negative!!!!

You never had an exposure.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
