All Hiv Symptoms

Hi Dr,

I had protected sex with a sex worker 3 years back in 2009 i dont remember seeing any leakage in condom but it become very tight on the head of my penis and after few days 3-4 black dots appeared on head of penis. I asked a friend of mine and he said its nothing just because the condom became tight thats why these dots appear. after that slowly slowly i have different health issues, but my all blood tests like CBC, potassium,TSH, calcium, cpk,ESR mm,blood sugar, hemoglobin, RA factor, serum c Reactive protein, serum uric acid came normal. last month i was diagnosed as having sensory polyneuropathy plus i had severe weakness. A neurologist gave me cymbalta and after using it for 20 days i got thrush on my tongue.i do have pain in my neck (caused by disc bulging at c3,4,5,6) and on right knee only but swellon lymph nodes. Can anyone tell me if all this is caused by HIV? or i have developed AIDS? i have not lose any weight and i never noticed of having fever for more than 2-3 days. please advice.

Since you had protected sex you could not have been exposed to HIV.

Thanx for reply, :) i was never worried about HIV as i thought i had protected sex but this severe neck pain and weakness and sensory polyneuropathy made me think what wrong i did in past couple of years. I will  try to go for HIV test soon just to give myself mental relaxation.
