Am I at Risk, and is additional testing suggested?

I had an encounter with a CSW about 6 weeks ago today, It was in the united states, and the person stated she was clean and to trust her 500% I have nothing to worry about. I take this with a grain of salt as to the profession she is in, and by reading some previous posts I know I am at little risk, but here is my situation, I had a protected oral and vaginal sexual encounter with the CSW, no tears in the condom whatsoever, condom was removed and appeared to be fully in tact, I washed my entire genital area after the encounter. I also had french kissed her as well, I commonly bite my lip although there was definately no bleeding on my part, I also get oral cold sores or herpes orally once every other year or so, so I guess you could say Im positive when it comes to oral herpes, not sure if this increases my risks and to what degree, It was a very short encounter, I was protected during the entire encounter, I had a OraQuick Rapid test at exactly 28 days or 4 weeks which I have read is 90% accurate, it did come back negative, the counselor at the testing center seemed to be confused as to why I was there at all as he said I had a very low risk encounter, Would you suggest further testing at 6 weeks or presently? or at 12 weeks just to be safe or am I overreacting to a relatively safe situation?  I did suffer from severe anxiety which led me to believe I had symptoms which of course started as soon as I started reading info on HIV and ARS, all symptoms dissappeared as soon as I had my negative test result, so I know they were anxiety related, I had unprotected sex with my regular partner one time since this event and have held off since then, do you think Im ok, or should I go for one more test just to be sure? I thought 4 weeks was pretty assuring but apparently from what I read some people say 4 weeks is far too soon? Whats your advice, is another test nessecary?

Your problem is guilt.....which is causing severe anxiety.

There is no DIFFERENT way we can tell you that you did NOT have a risk.  

Even the oral sex you had was protected!!!!

IT IS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO HAVE GOTTEN HIV.

Get some mental health help to help you with your guilt for cheating on your pregnant partner...cuz that is what this all boils down to.

teak I trust you and hate myself my wife is pregnant an I have this nightmare that I have infected her if the impossible happened and somehow I was exposed for piece of mind is 12 weeks conclusive without a doubt I would assume I wouldn't be the first to convert after 12 weeks as I'm a healthy individual maybe a little mentally perturbed but is 12 weeks pretty much 100 percent with any test blood or oral? Please don't criticize me I'm already during of guilt and fear

What part of no risk is it that you don't understand. You had protected sex, you DID NOT have a risk of contracting HIV.

I never said anything about my opinions being fact, I appreciate your input tho, My main concern is my partner is pregnant and is due very shortly, she did get a full panel done 6-7 weeks after our last unprotected sex and was all clear, Im simply concerned for her well being more then anything, Ive been under an extreme amount of stress and guilt since this encounter and need to know without a doubt one way or another. I did encounter some symptoms which could be attributed to anxiety, such as pins and needles feelings, hot flashes, a couple nights of sweating around the neck area possibly due to the stress this was in the first couple weeks tho, and had some discomfort in the groin, armpits and behind one knee. no visible swelling, and no rash or fever.  not sure if stress can cause the muscles in those areas to tighten or not.  I feel pretty confident with my 10.5 week test but just for piece of mind, is a 12 week full blood draw completely conclusive, and to completely rule it out would a PCR / Antibody combo completely rule out any possibility of late seroconversion, I know im somewhat irrational as the state of massachusetts wouldnt endorse a 6 week window period if they thought they would be potentially putting people in danger, their hotline states 6 weeks for a normal healthy individual to be completely reliable and accurate, and california hotline said 75 day test is reliable, but 12 weeks is conclusive.  I guess what im trying to ask is, would a 12 week full blood draw be more accurate then a oraquick advance? or is there no difference at all? I know the CDC hotline still says 3 months 97% and some rare individuals will take up to 6 months. but that does seem pretty dated, thats why I was thinkin the PCR / antibody combo might just rule it out completely.

Your opinions are not fact. You did not have a risk of contracting HIV.

I know most people on here would consider my risk zero in the above situation, but I still feel like theres always a small possibility that anything can happen. just to update my situation I tested negative at 7 weeks via clearview fingerprick test, and was diagnosed with NSU non chlaymdial, my general practioner said this is no concern as white blood cells are present sometimes and he wouldnt worry about it, I also had a oraquick advance rapid test done at 75 days post my "exposure". which also came out negative, this was a little over 10.5 weeks.  I cant shake the fear that I may have contracted HIV possibly still, is 12 weeks golden? every aids hotline Ive called said I should be fine and that 10.5 weeks is close enough to 12 weeks to be accurate per massachussetts and California AIDS hotline and since my risk was very low to begin with.   at the 12 week mark, is an oraquick advance just as accurate as a full blood draw.  Or should I just move on.

is there risk for any other STDs? such as clamydia or gonnorea?
