I have some torn skin from scratching, no bleeding but some redness. then I have massage at the end she offer me hand job. my fear is that she might pick up semen from other client while massaging me. I feared that the semen may enter throug the torn skin. Am I at risk?

to add more info, the torn skin is on my foot where massage therapist uses baby oil for the entire massage
