Am I at risk? Please help

Recently I spent some time with a girl. Didn't have intercourse or oral sex either way. But I brushed my arm against some what I suspect might have been vaginal fluid on her leg. She masturbated me through the fabric of my shorts with my penis head exposed (uncircumcised) as the legging was pulled up. I took over before ejaculation. I cannot say if there was any vaginal fluid contact between my penis and her, I'm paranoid that any that might have come in contact with my shorts on the outside might have then come in contact with my penis head and skin during master action though I have no evidence of that paranoia. Nothing was apparently on my shorts in anyway, only on the inside from myself.
Should I be worried or am I just being overly paranoid? Please help me put my mind at ease.

When I got home I applied alcohol to my hand arms and even my legs and penis and foreskin to make sure there were no cuts or broken skin. Nothing stung so I'm sure there was no open wounds in my skin.
I know I'm just being overly paranoid. Anyone else wouldn't give this a second thought.
Are you in the medical fields teak?

I'm just being paranoid. It was moment of weakness I shall never repeat.  But I am happy I wasn't weak enough to go all the way.

I'll agree with you. You never had an exposure.

I mean I cannot say with any sort of certainty if any of the fluid was on my hands hers or on my shorts when the masturbation was on going. Though even I didn't touch my penis directly.

Tell me I'm being stupid and paranoid.
