Am I at risk of STDs? Hiv?

I have been in Amsterdam these past few days and end up wih a transexual one night. The condom broke and I notice that i didn't finish 100% inside her. Should I be worried? I am actually terrified. Should i wait for 6 weeks and test myself, or should I look for a PEP? This happened 12 hours ago.
Thanks in advance

Was this a licensed sex worker, or just someone you met?

Hi CurfewX, thanks for the reply,! She is a licenced sex worker from the windows
Well, that's good news.  While you had a risk, keep in mind that the licensed workers in Amsterdam test regularly and, as you noticed, take precautions like using condoms for every sexual encounter.  They do this because their livelihood depends on them remaining uninfected by STDs or HIV.  In many ways, it is safer than a random hookup where you don't know the person's sexual or testing history.  I am, of course, assuming that the worker you visited insisted on condom usage.

So yes, you had a risk, but it's not panic-worthy.  I personally wouldn't take PEP, as it has nasty side effects, and delays the time until you can test.  It is usually reserved for those who have had a risk encounter with someone who is known to be HIV-positive.  Having said that, only YOU can decide whether PEP is right for you.  It's a personal comfort decision, and people are going to make different decisions in the same circumstance.
Thanks again for the reply!
I heard that sex workers in Amsterdam are checked regularly, but that is not oblied, I don't know how true is that.
In case I decide no to take PEP, how long should I wait to test myself? I am married and scared of having unprotected sex with my wife.
Also, when the comdom broke, she was not at all concerned and laughed at my freak out asking if she had any STF.
It is true that they are not obligated to test, but understandably, people are nervous about sex workers, so most of them do so that they can keep their livelihood, and their clients, by having ongoing negative tests.

If you decide not to take PEP, you can test at 28 days (or after) using any 4th generation test.  You'll have to go to a clinic for that.  I agree that it would be irresponsible to have unprotected sex until you have tested negative.
Oral is not a risk for HIV, so while you wait for testing, you can do that with your wife without a condom.
