Condom broke, tip exposed

hi everyone,

Had vaginal intercourse with a KTV/Sauna girl (call girl) in China. She is 18 years old, and does not do any drugs or tattoos. It was condom protected, but as thrusting continues, i realize the condom broke and i took it out (accurately i guess 15-30 seconds, but a safer estimate of 1-2 minutes). When i viewed the condom, and since her vagina was kind of dry, it is possible she had some blood ( but so little that i am unsure of, i even wipe it on the bedsheet but don't seem to have any blood)

After realizing I panicked, and ask her about her details and history. She said she never used no-condom, and it is her first time that a condom broke. She also said she serviced 20 guys, and i asked her a few times because I am in doubt. She replied in a serious manner that "believe me".

But She doesn't seem to worry about herself that the condom broke, nor about pregnancy. I cannot sleep or eat since it happened. I am very worried.

Do I need PEP?

let her take a test, I had a similar situation here in China. Just went to the hospital, she took the test, it was okay and it gave me relief.

you need to take a duo test at 28 days or an antibody test at 6 weeks followed by another antibody test at 12 or 13 weeks to be fully sure that infection hasnt happened
