Am I having HIV Symptoms?

Exactly a month ago I had protected sex with a guy that I met in a bar (he said he got tested a month ago for all STD/HIV, and all results are negative). I had unprotected oral sex, and some of his semen went into my mouth (Oct 3 - Wednesday around 1AM). But I spit it out immediately. He gave me oral sex, and I gave him oral sex as well. When I woke up that day (Oct 3 - Wednesday around 7AM), I felt feverish. The next day (Thursday) I felt a little headache, and muscle pain. Sweating a little bit (but not a lot), then probably woke up in the middle of the night. The following week (Oct 11), the fever was gone but rashes started to show in my neck and cheeks. Very itchy and it hurts. I applied some Cortaid (Hydrocortisone)cream. A few days later it was still there very itchy and painful. So I put in Neosporin (First Aid Antibiotic/Pain Relieving Ointment). A few days later I see some white spots on my tongue and it feels difficult to swallow. I also felt neck pain, headache and fatigue.  But I do NOT see any rashes on my genitals.

Right now, almost a month since the sexual encounter, I still see the rashes on my neck - it's very itchy. I have flu like symptoms. (Last week, I also had a flu shot). I also feel tingling sensation in my feet and legs.

Please let me know your thoughts whether I am at risk?

Of course nobody can diagnose your rash over the Internet but you acknowledge the fact that you do have a lot of acne.  I am sure your acne has always looked like this but becasue of your anxiety you have an increased awareness of every little blemish on your entire body.  You need to see a health care provider, explain your concerns, and follow the course of action he/she recommends.  I would recommend HIV testing at 3 months for peace of mind but you can count on a negative result.

how about the rash that is showing up on my cheek? It is like acne/pimples. With a white looking milky fluid. Some of them are itchy. Some of them are painful. One time it was bleeding. I am not sure if this is just regular acne, because I do have a lot of acne. but it's kind of weird that it showed about after my sexual encounter. Please any advice would greatly be appreciated.

sounds like a mental (anxiety) problem to me.   read everyone elses "symptoms" on here...same thing...and no risk either.

whatever is "wrong" with you...is NOT hiv related.

if you stay on this forum and continue to search for symptoms on the internet...i can promise you that you will get sicker

protected sex is exactly that...PROTECTED

your oral sex exposure is virtually non existant.

you are fine and i commend you on being responsible for your health by using a condom...kudos

no need to test UNLESS you need it for peace of mind ONLY

man, you had the same exact exposure as me. Protected sex, unprotected oral (on the recieving end only though). From what I know about ARS symptoms, they don't last for any longer than a couple of weeks. It's been about a month since you had the encounter. You had protected sex, as long as the condom was still intact afterwards, its fine (I think mine was intact, i checked each time afterwords but you know me, im paranoyed) oral sex carries almost zero risk. You would probably have a bit of a raised risk if you had like your tooth pulled that day and was still bleeding in your mouth, or vice versa, but that's highly unlikely.

Oh, the rashes on the face sometimes in the morning, when it's dry, it's very scaly.

In addition, prior to the sexual encounter, I was urinating very frequentlyl and drinking lots of water. Also, the rashes on my face kind of looks like a pimple.
