Am I safe?

dear all,
89 days ago I had sex with a CSW.
then I take HIV test 25, 65, 89 days post exposure, and all are negative.
However, I also took a routine blood test on 89th day. My WBC is 3.92(lower than normal range), RBC is 5.01, PLT is 159. WBC lower than normal means my immunity is weak. I didn't catch a cold or have any symptoms related to certain virus infection when I took the blood test.
1) Was the low WBC caused by HIV???
2) if my WBC has been low all along the time since my exposure, can it delay the production of HIV antibody??

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension
    * Continuing to post upon your return will result in a permanent ban.

Hi guys,
How come my CD4 amount is only 440/mm3 ? It's said a normal guy's cd4 is from 500-1600.
That means I've got infected? But I tested 89 days negative!
Now I doubt the test because
1) I had sex with unknown status CSW and the condom broke.
2) since my exposure I suffered more frequent flu-like symptoms and low fever, and I become afraid of coldness
I test 3 times chemiluminescence, the dr said it's duo but now I doubt it. If my body did not produce enough antibody how come the antigen cannot be detected? Shouldn't they reproduce to a great quantity?
I don't know if I have any immune disease.. How to judge if one has born immune deficiency, that allows him not to produce HIV ab at 89 days?

You have been told time after time HIV is not a concern to you. No one on here can tell you anything differnt. Its time for you to accept the fact you do not have HIV. And move on with your life.

I'm very scared because I've developed flu-like symptoms several times a month since my exposure, along with other strange symptoms.
And my WBC is very low...
Are u sure I do not have HIV?
Can chemiluminescence detect HIV-2 ??

All right
Do u think the HIV cannot be alive in the pus without going into the blood stream, or it cause infection through such a cavity no later than a typical sexual infection?

Hi joggen
The pinhole scar is not completely healed, because in the normal state, it's dry, but sometimes when I masturbate intensely, the pinhole scar got open and some pus oozed out.
So I suspect the HIV could have entered the pinhole through the same route. I did test 3 month neg-, my point is, if the virus got into the bulge(it seems to be a cavity inside because it's filled with pus), can it live there and cause infection sometime in the future?

Scars are not a route of transmission- the skin is HEALED.

One thing I forgot to mention is, I had my foreskin-cut-surgery at the age of 12. After that, 3 knots of surgical catgut remained under the foreskin and have not been assimilated by my body. So where the knots are have been bulged up and there is a little pinhole scar on each of them.
What I'm wondering is, if HIV get into the pinhole scar when the penetration made it open, and the HIV did not travel to my blood immediately but stayed in where the knots are. And after long it infected my blood so I will be infected later?

But isn't the delayed seroconversion caused by weakened immune system?
My low WBC indicates a weak immunity. Why can't it cause the delay?

Can HIV-2 be ruled out by my test?

Nope. I get my result from the hospital's DIY machine when the doctor was off work.
Can any advisors help with my problem?
