Am I still at risk after 9 weeks or are my test conclusive?

Hi Doctor, please help me as I am not well informed and google has given me anxiety.
I had unprotected vagina/oral sex almost 10 weeks ago.
I developed a discharge went to OBGYN and did all std tests. ( 8 days after) all tests negative came back as yeast.
I retested (full 10 panel) at 6 and 9 weeks all negative except hsv1.
These were 4th generation hiv rpr and hsv specific.
We both did a rapid hiv at 4 weeks also negative for both.
The man tested at 6 weeks same tests he was all negative.no hsv1

I am concerned especially because I've had a sore throats and dry cough since the encounter. My doctor swabbed my throats at the 6 weeks and the culture was negative (chlamydia and gonohrrea).
My questions
1) are my tests conclusive? Or should I retest at 12 weeks?
2) can I have syphillis or hiv or something std related in my throat?
Would the blood tests pick it up if in my throat?
Please help me
I am frightened.

4th generation HIV tests are conclusive at 28-42 days, and any time thereafter.  You do not have HIV and you do not need additional tests for HIV.
