Anal rubbing risk

Hey

A week ago I met a guy and I am concerned about some things that happened between us. We kissed and at some point he rubbed his penis against my anus and around that area but he didn't penetrated me. He didn't use a condom though.
Is anal rubbing a risk for getting HIV infected? Is there a chance that his precum to get inside the rectum? Do I need to get tested?
Thank you!

You have asked similar questions in the past, so let's make it clear.
The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex with someone of unknown status, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles

You had zero risk for HIV.  No penetration = no risk.   You do not need an HIV test since you had no risk for HIV.

No one has ever been infected in this manner, and you will not be the first.
