Anal sex and tests, symptoms ,very scared

Hi , I had unprotected sex with another guy ,I was insertive ,for 2 minutes before I stop ,don't know his status ,but high risk partner for sure. I tested many times after this last was at day 41 or 42 with Duo test in hospital and at day 48 with Alere Combo test ,they were negative. I am getting some headaches last week ,I don't know is it from the constant anxiety I have about this or is it symptom from something else. I read many threads here ,but most people don't have a risk and I have big risk and want to ask you about testing accuracy of my tests ?

I hope you are able to stop at your 57 days, you didn't need any more after your 41 days.

Usually, it is observed that people who test continuously even after sufficing a window period suffer from anxiety and need counseling or therapy to overcome their fear.

Hello dear members , I want to tell you that I get STD panel yesterday ,because I didn't check for other STD and they came back negative ,also it included HIV Ag/Ab test which also came back negative 57 days after exposure and I will move on now from this ,because I messed my life a lot during this 2 months.
Thank you very much for the help.

Next time take a science based approach and stop worrying and testing after you are conclusive at 28, instead of making your own guideline to test twice. Perhaps see a therapist next time.

You're creating unnecessary drama for yourself because your 8 week test is conclusive and no further testing is required. Getting a 3 month test is a waste of your time and money. Don't bother. You're fine. Move on with your life and always use condoms to avoid HIV.
Since you refer to the advice as just a hope, you are still not accepting the science behind the tests and are continuing to believe you know better which is unrealistic to believe that can be reality due to you not having any medical training..
If your doc can't calm you down see a therapist for one on one because your problem is not hiv disease, it is fear of disease which is a bit of a mental health issue at this point. You have suffered so long because you are in denial of the real problem.
I had very high risk ,that's why I am worried and everybody in internet says if you had high risk to test at 3 months post exposure.
The first step to peace is to stop googling for death cold turkey. There is no useful info on the internet and you have no medical training that would be necessary to make yourself an hiv expert, yet the only science you believe in is your own theories.
We rely on the opinion of expert docs and can't pay attention to any sites claims that you locate or we will be here arguing all day. I am not sure why you keep asking questions and providing your claims here since you haven't accepted any of the advice and are trying to tell this forum that you know better than anyone here.
Maybe you are right ,I should seek some mental help ,this caused me so much stress ,that I have never expirienced before in my life. I will not be sexually active anymore. Thank you for the help.

You were already told your test is conclusive so there is no purpose to test again, when your problem is just fear of disease. You won't find consensus on testing but we rely on the opinion of expert docs whereas some sites and countries use outdated guidelines.
First step to peace is to stop googling for death cold turkey and stop examining your body cold turkey for clues that you are dying from hiv - since you don't have it. You have put yourself through a lot of agony trying to self diagnose, so see doc to calm down instead of smoking and theorizing about disease despite not having any medical training.

Sorry to interupt again ,I am just really scared ,have high blood pressure and headaches that don't go away. I honestly never been more stressed and scared in my life than this 2 months and I was smoking 2 packs a day ,drinking a lot and a lot of coffee and think maybe this is the reason , I just want to think that HIV is not the cause ,I am just confused with all the window periods I see in internet , I am really scared to go and test again at the 3 months ,it is causing me so much stress and anxiety , I see that for example Germany and France say 6 weeks DUO is conclusive ,but others say only 3 months. Really wish to turn back time and not do this , but can't of course. Just want to ask you ,should I test again ?

Your tests proves that you don't have HIV. Please see your GP for all your ailments, they are unrelated to HIV.

Thanks , I hope you are right. Will try to calm down ,it was hard 2 months ,first time in my life unprotected sex.

Duo is conclusive after 28 days. It is abnormal to test repeatedly for the same disease, so anymore testing will indicate hiv phobia which requires a therapist to work with you. You don't have a big risk since you are negative.
It is unrealistic for you to think that a headache can pinpoint hiv disease so you need to stop trying to self diagnose because you are wrong and have wasted your time. See doc instead.

I never had such headaches , both sides of my head and it already lasts 5 days ,thats why I am worried.
A headache, alone, is not a symptom of HIV.  You would have a lot more symptoms.  Also, your test is conclusive so you do NOT have HIV.
