Aniexty or symptoms

On June 14th i had protected sex with a call girl but i am not 100% if the condom broke or not but i do recall making her bleed then taking the condom off immediately and asking her to leave. In the past few days i've noticed a very small swollen neck gland on the right side of my neck which is actually going down since i noticed it but my mouth is very dry and i have very little appetite but i am consumed by literally being in bed all day and researching this and i felt fine until i noticed the swollen neck gland and sore throat since then i've spent all day researching,

Any guidance will be appreciated.

Had the condom failed you would know 100% that it failed.

If you could please elaborate why you believe i haven't had a exposure i would really appreciate it and it would put my mind at ease becuase having these mouth sores, sore throat, swollen neck glands and dry/white mouth is really making me worried.

You never had an exposure hence you aren't having ARS.

Thanks for your reply

My tounge is very dry and no matter how much water i drink can change that and its covered in white stuff and my legs and are also very sore. Should i still get a test ? Because from my massive amount of reading here ASR symptoms are 2-4 weeks and last 1-2weeks so the chances of this being ASR is very low ?
