Anxiety, symptoms, home access test

I took a 14 week home access test and it came back negative.  After posting once in the forum and one with the doc's, still not getting over the anxiety.  The reason being, I am having excessive gas and burping.  Also, my neck is sooooo stiff that it hurts to turn i left and right.  The pain actually radiates down to my left arm.  I hate to keep asking so this will be it.  Are these symptoms or just some other problem?   Why wouldn't I be able to trust my 14 week Home Access test?   Once again, I will make this my last post

Symptoms do NOT equal HIV
Feelings do NOT equal fact

Fact- You have CONCLUSIVELY tested NEGATIVE

its actually the home access express, not sure why that would matter, the basic issue is that I've had a ridulous amount of symptoms, such as weight loss, shortness of breathe, and now the gas with the burping.  I really hope i am being paranoid, but i want to think that I am smart and logical at the same time, looking for some feed back.
