Anxiety about past experiences

Hello I am a 25 year old male who for the last week has been feeling the most excruciating anxiety. A little about me and my history, i am a bisexual male who has had encounters with both both male and female partners. I have always played safe (never been receptive only insertive), only unprotected i have received was oral. Anyway i havent had a random sexual encounter in over 5 years. But about 3 weeks ago i developed a tickle in my throat, that i believe to be from my acid reflex, so i left it alone until the beginning of this week when i started to think what else it could be and then i started thinking about my past sexual history. On Monday my legs started feeling like they were trembling and my lower back felt weird and i also started had diarrhea. Then the following days i started to feel hot, my face felt hot and my hands and feet began sweating.
Those symptoms kind of went away, the diarrhea atleast. But last night i started thinking about it again and my face and body got extremely warm. Should i be worried? Like i said before i have had hook ups with both women and men but have always used protection and no broken condoms, is it possible that i could have still contracted? Another detail i am uncircumcused. Would be great if i could get a response. Thanks guys, you really are a help to many people.

If you ALWAYS use protection for both giving and receiving oral, then there is no need to test. While I am very impressed with the care you take of your sexual health, it is still recommended that anyone who is sexually active be tested for HIV and STD's at least once a year. (Accidents DO happen) Are you educated about PEP should the need ever arise?
Stay safe out there!

Only have heard about it never explained on it. But I think the days of me having hook ups is long behind me.
I'll keep my opinion about hook ups to myself unless asked. Here is a link I hope you can access. It's one of many reliable websites and gives a good (if quick) overview on PEP. If you can't access it, let me know and I'll send you the contents in text form. Everyone who engages in sex in this day and age absolutely needs to know about PEP. If you have questions, please PM me.

Since you have always had protected anal/vaginal sex, you never had a risk for HIV.

Oral sex is not a risk for HIV, but CAN be a risk for other STD's.

You said in the past 5 years you have not had any "random" sex, and I will assume any insertive sex was protected.

I don't believe you have anything to worry about as regards HIV, but SOME STD's don't show symptoms for years even if you ARE infected. If you are, and don't know it, then you may be passing it on to your partners.

I think you are having some real anxiety issues and the best way to deal with that is to get tested for everything. (HIV and STD's) Then you will know conclusively what your status is and can relax.

You are very smart to ALWAYS use a condom and it is recommended that anyone who engages in oral sex have a complete STD panel every three months for prevention.

I wish you the best.

Thank you so much @RubyWitch. I was actually test for std's 2 years ago and have since then used protection for oral as well. Should I still get tested even still?
