Anxiety and Stress? Or the worst??

I had unprotected sex with my vindictive ex-girlfriend in June. She is 6 or 7 months pregnant with another mans child. She sent me a text on the 6th of July saying that her doctor told her she was HIV+ and she swears I gave it to her. I get tested every 3-6 months and my last test said I was good, but I went and got tested again the following day. I've been very fatigued, lost my appetite, and have had trouble sleeping. Occasional abdominal pain here and there. No fever, no headache, I don't know if my lymph nodes are swollen. I can't see them, but I keep feeling for them around my neck armpits and groin. I know that can aggravate them but I can't help myself.  I hope and pray that these symptoms are from the anxiety and stress. She has lied about something like this before, and when I asked to see her results, she told me she didn't have any. Also, I know most doctors won't give out that information over the phone. However, I'm still freaking out waiting on the test results. I've been crying all the time worrying about dying. Someone please give me some information
Thanks

I'm sorry I misunderstood you! Disregard my last post! I haven't received the results from the test I got the day after she told me she was +! The last test I had was on March and I was -.

Alot of symptoms can be due to anxiety.
First of all, you should not your HIV status and your sexual relations, not your girlfriend.
What you never stated was when your last test was and when she told you that she was HIV+, depending on that, could help shed some light.
Again, like Teak and Lizzie stated, pregnant women are subjected to higher chances of receiving a false positive..
Stop worrying and wait for your result.

She swears I gave it to her and that I'm the only one she has been with, but I promise I have been with two other people this year. Both of them say that they have been tested, and that they are good to go. I believe my lymph nodes around my throat are swollen, but that could be from me constantly checking. My appetite is slowly coming back to me, and I'm not as fatigued as I was a few days ago. I'm just waiting for these results to come in. Maybe my symptoms will just go away. What do you think?

And she can still give a false positive. It doesn't matter how many times one has been pregnant.

I did some researching after your comment Lizzie Lou. Ive found that pregnant woman, and women who have been pregnant more than once can receive false + (positive) results. Well she has been pregnant a total of 5 times.
