(Anxiety disorder person)need strong facts to be assured.

being scratched(tiny visible blood) by a person(unknown status) "probably" with his accessories but I don't think there was blood on the other person but if by chance taking the worst case scenario there was blood...and maybe touched my scratch.. Should I worry about this strange situation?...probably its constantly in my mind just because i was a bit drunk that day. should I just think about testing?since I already took the HIV test some weeks before...(my family thinks I'm crazy) I need strong statements that takes this off my mind :)

Good Day to everyone

I will give you some reassurance! I will assure you, that if you keep hounding people about this incident, they will call you an idiot and stop responding. You have been told a lot of times to just drop it. I am not being mean. I am reassuring you that your fear of getting it this way is crazy!

Only to alleviate your obvious anxiety.

If you truly and honestly believe you were scratched by a dirty needle from a drug user, it is not unreasonable to test for HIV, and Hep B and C but I would not expect any of these to turn out positive.  But it sounds like you are not at all sure about what happened, and are working yourself up into a frenzy with possible worst case scenarios.  Typical of most posters here.

HIV is spread by unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse with an HIV + person, by sharing drug injection equipment with an HIV + person, or infants can contract it during childbirth to an HIV + mother.

Simply getting blood on a scratch is not enough.  Even being scratched by a needle would probably not be enough.  Plus you are assuming the person is HIV+, which he may certainly not be and probably is not.

If you are concerned, take a test but I wouldn't sweat it at all.
