Anxiety!

I touched a girl's breast and nipple(less than 15 seconds) in a bar in Thailand and she gave me a peck kiss(dry kiss) on my lips(no exchange of saliva). Can I get HIV from this? I am really worried...

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

Body touching and kissing are never risks.  If you don't do either of the two activities I mentioned above, you will NEVER have to worry about HIV.

Thanks for your reply. Do I need to get tested??
For anxiety? Yes, if you have these types of fears regularly.  For HIV? No.  No risk = no test.
