Any Evidence for Open Woung Hiv Trasmission?

I have heard that there is a possibility for hiv infection to takes place through open wound or Cut.Do there any evidence to prove that or it is theoretically said? Pls Help

Generally speaking, only, free, deep, open and actively bleeding cuts or injuries pose some risk, if you think you've been exposed to a risk, please describe it, so we can assess it.

Thank u for ur reply.I had not exposed to such risk. I just need to know about any evidence to prove that claim?
And i want to know if i accidentally touched hiv infected blood by my wound then is it enough to wash it with soap and water or needed something more like PEP? Pls help
Doctors and epidemiologists  overwhelmingly agreed that HIV is only transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal penetrative sex, sharing needles or mother to child.

Small cuts or wounds that are so common in everybody's hands pose no risk.  The only few reported cases are about huge injuries, the kind that require medical attention.
Thank u so much..So only huge injuries alone poses risk. Do there exists any confirmed case of infection due to such type injuries?
