Any hiv risk?

I am a male 34 years old living in western europe and recently I met a 44 years woman from russia living here for 15 years.she has two kids and have been in long term relation until last year, for a year she had no other relations. We had 8 weeks ago protected sex 3 times. She told she has no health issues and had always protected sex with her x. I know that me using condom is guarantee of not having contracted hiv, but i had a cut in my scrotum before having sex with her. Considering she is russian, used to have protected sex with her x long term partner (why protected) and me having this cut. What are the odds of contracting hiv and do i need to test?

hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 so you don't have to calculate the other million possibilities. What was the answer to my question? " ask yourself if you did any of the 3?"

None of what you just posted is relevant to what I said, so you couldn't have understood any of it. Reread, because you must have read the advice too quickly.

I have read it and understood it, but since you pointed to air influence on the virus, is this also applicable for the bottom of the penis as this part is not covered and might partially/totally be penetrated.? The other question was whether blood exchange in mouth through wounds is still not risk. I hope this explains my following questions in the previous comment
You will never get HIV through minor cuts or scrapes that do not require urgent medical attention.  The only "wound" risk situation would involve two people who were bleeding profusely, and in need of emergency medical attention.  An example would be two people in a car who are in a very serious auto accident, in danger of dying from blood loss.
Ok, clear, thx

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (vaginal fluid, her body etc. which is not a risk for hiv.). No hiv worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. Next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself if you did any of the 3, then after you say "Nope, I didn't" then it's time to move on back to your happy life.

Definitely no needle use or penetration without condom. It is just the stories of hiv spread in Russia made me worried. The cut was tiny during shaving the private area few hours before having sex. It was at bottom of penis but I assume this means even contacting the fluid still is happened in the air. Mentioning salvia I have always a bleeding gums especially in the wisdom tooth area. We had very deep kissing, assuming she had bleeding gums too, is there any chance or any risk, or is the virus then in contact with salvia and then dead regardless the possible blood exchange?
