Are my test is Conclusive?

Hello First I sorry about my English.
I am writing from Cambodia.
I had sex and condom broke around 5-10 seconds with unknown status girl.
So I had test on :

- 25th day rapid hiv test = result negative
- 30th day AG + AB HIV MEIA ROCHE = result negative 0.38
- 55th day AG + AB HIV MEIA ROCHE = result negative 0.55

1-My question is my test is conclusive? or do I need further testing at 3 month and 6 months?
2-Why my index result is increase?

Thank you.

Your result from the duo test was conclusive after the 28 day window, so you have 2 conclusive results. There was no reason to test the third time, so you don't have to test again. It is a time to be happy now.
There is no reason to be concerned about differences in the two results. The only thing that matters is you are conclusively negative so you are free to move on to happier things in your life.

Different index values are specific to different time of the day, technology used for testing and body temperature. They dont mean any thing as long as they are non reactive.

Does Hiv Window Period is the same in the world.? Or In Cambodia is different US?
It depends on the test used. Currently available 4th generation Duo (Antibody+Antigen) tests can detect the infection much earlier, and are conclusive after 4 weeks.
Yes, I have (Antibody+Antigen) HIV MEIA using ROCHE Machine at 4 and 8 Week.
As you were advised, your tests are conclusive and you do NOT have HIV.  Time to forget about this event and move on.
