Are my test results conclusive or did I go too early?

unprotected sex on 5/26, on 6/7 I did the routine std testing and was negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea. on 6/22 I did blood draw at std clinic I believe 4th gen testing got results back 3 days later negative for HIV and syphilis. Something just does not feel right it is like my left upper thigh/groin intermittent discomfort more than pain and sometimes a bit of itchiness on the urethra after peeing. This kind of started up last week and now I'm wondering if I tested too soon for STDs since seemingly groin pain is only related to STDs and I had a recent exposure. I also did not wait the full 2 weeks for STDs I went 10 days after so now that is making me think if I went too soon for that maybe I went too soon for my HIV test.... Will getting another test done now do anything or am I locked in to my anxiety until 3 months to retest?

I'm in similar situation with similar date. As I said earlier, 95% accurate at 28 days (4 week) , 99.9% accurate at 3 months...

everyone is different.

There are very few people after two weeks that won't either have the p24 or the antibodies when one goes away the other is there. I would still do the 3 month test because you will always question it,

if this test does not pick up the antigen at 28 days it would pick up antibodies even at a low level. Did you ask your testing counselor
