Are my tests conclusive already?

I had unprotected vaginal sex with a stranger 47 days ago since this writing. I had Antibody test 24th day that came out negative. Doctor told me that the likelihood of me getting hiv on that day is negligible (that's first and only risky encounter). I had 4th gen test at 48th day also negative. Can this be conclusive almost?

A 4th gen or an antibody test at nearly 7 weeks is "near conclusive" and not likely to change, however you should get tested at 12 weeks post exposure for a conclusive result.
