Hello Dr Thank you so much for your work.
Recently i visited a Massage Parlor.The prostitute rubed my penis,urethra and my anus with her nipples.After the massage i noticed she had a nipple discharge, not milk. And I had haemorrhoids.
If she was HIV positive, did i had a exposure.Do i need a hiv test.

Hello, in this forum your questions are answered by other users and most of us aren't doctors or related to the medical field.
I'm not sure what discharge you're referring to, breasts only produce breast milk when a woman is lactating, otherwise there shouldn't be any significant amount of any kind of discharge. Probably you saw something else, maybe even some of your own precum.
Anyway, there're no reported cases of adults getting HIV by breast sucking or rubbing. Having that in mind, your wasn't a risk event.
