I'm not sure what discharge you're referring to, breasts only produce breast milk when a woman is lactating, otherwise there shouldn't be any significant amount of any kind of discharge. Probably you saw something else, maybe even some of your own precum.
Anyway, there're no reported cases of adults getting HIV by breast sucking or rubbing. Having that in mind, your wasn't a risk event.
