Ars symptom timeline?

Do ars symptoms come all at once? Ie: within the same day or so? Or do they happen over the period of a few days. For example, I got at sore throat around 5 to 6 days after possible exposure I got a swollen and sore throat that was red. Thereafter, 2 days later I got a small cluster of raised red bumps on lower neck/upper chest. There were probably 10 or so of these bumps. Then another 2 days after I got tense cramps in my thighs. I didn't feel sick or anything like the flu. Just the symptoms I listed. Also, I did have headaches and tiredness. Does this sound like possible ars symptoms. The leg cramps were from my hips down the posterior muscles of my thighs. I have never had pain like this in my life. Could this be ars or stress anxiety? My symptoms appeared in march of this year which was also the beginning of allergy season in CA. However, I have read online that the posterior muscle pain and trunk rash are common symptoms of ARS in males.

Just looked back. Symptoms started around day 8 of possible exposure. Other symptoms followed 2 and 4 days after initial sore throat.

I have read that ars can show up in as little as 7 days. How common is this?

5-6 days is not even the time frame for ARS.
You can't use symptoms to give an indication for HIV.
