On october 3 i fingered a girl and had oral sex ...me licking her...no intercourse
On october 24 i developed a severe sore throat, did not feel well, temperature went up to 99.1 max
For about 2 hours that night temperature is usually 97 or so for me.. Lot of nasal congestion and irritated throat.. Two days after sore Throat i lost my voice and a day later began coughing and producing green phlem especially in the morning and At night.. Now ive had green mucus and coughing for almost a week and a half.. No fevers
Throat and chest tickles which make me cough...
Could this be a sign of ARS? Im worried....

Ditto to what Pooya and Getitright77 have said. You were never at a risk of HIV.

No risk at all for HIV. Unprotected oral (either way) and fingering are zero risk activities.
You can,t contract Hiv if there was no unprotected peneration of the vagina or anus by your penis,the fingering and oral was zero risk aswell.No testing required for this situation.
