Assess my risk of HIV and other stds?

Hi. I have been to massage parlors quite often around 10-15 times where I normally only get handjobs. I dont do oral or fingering and any kind of penetrative sex. But one time I decided to go for body to body massage and this time the masseuse masturbated me by sliding her body.while she was sliding her body my penis came in contact very briefly and only once with her pubic area as I could feel the hair and I told her not to slide up till there to avoid penile vaginal contact. Since this encounter I am getting paranoid regarding HIV and other stds. Am I at risk?

No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected vaginal or anal, neither of which you did. Analysis of large numbers of infected people has proven that the partner doesn't get hiv the way you think. HIV is effectively instantly dead in air so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and that which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to look for them to be sure that you are safe.
