HIV Prevention and Understanding

Doctor,
I am an 18 year old male, and have recently been diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder.  This has little relevance to this thread as i already understand the disorder.  It is relevant, however, to know that OCD causes thoughts of anxiety, and one of my biggest fears is acquiring HIV/AIDS.  I've had multiple sexual partners, each of which i've trusted extremely well.  I have no worries about this, however, i've always wanted to know the exact odds of someone acquiring HIV through an act not related to sex.  I do live in KS, so i understand the risk for me is extremely less than for someone lets say in California or New York.  Your input would be well appreciated.

Thanks,
Johnny
