Hi, I am hoping you may be able to help me, I went with a woman a one night stand and I swallowed a couple of drops of breast milk, I remember my gums had been bleeding that day, would I be at any risk for hiv from this exposure

No matter what the circumstances, yes. Adults CANNOT become infected via breast milk. End of story.
No risk at all. Adults can not be infected by consuming breast milk from a + mother. Only infants can, because their immune systems are not yet mature, like an adult's.
