Barbers Shop

I have been a bit worried lately about transmission of HIV through Barbers Clippers/ Trimmers. Especially the electric trimmers have very close contact to the skin for whatever period it is used (about 20 - 30 seconds) near the neck and behind the ear. Can these electric trimmers/ clippers be a potential cause of worry. I heard that the heat generated by them might possibly kill the virus (if any present).

Just a bit concerned. Any answers?
