Bleeding during protected sex

I have a sex last night with a csw. I used condom. During sex, there was bleeding from her vagina. She stopped and washed it immediately. I also confused just a moment. Then I hold my penis. There was blood on my condom. I thought It didn't break. My hand touch blood. Then base of penis might expose blood. I told her to remove condom and wash it immediatly. But some parts of my hand and penis exposed to blood for a while. Head of penis did not expose bloid. But I'm afraid that flow of washed water or removing condom might touch the head. Then she hold my penis with her hand. Although she washed her hands, she touched the blood and washed without disinfectant. So how is the risk for my condition. Should I take some drug for post exposure prevention?

You did not have a risk.  Even with blood on the condom and at the base of your penis.  The tip of your penis was covered which is all that matters.  The HIV virus is fragile and is inactivated with air.  So, as the washing happened, it would not be active.  HIV transmission occurs inside the body through either unprotected vaginal or anal penetrating sex or sharing of IV drug needles.  So, no risk.
