Bleeding wound and wet tissue risk - can the tissue be contaminated?

Hi, I’m new here and I would like to ask a question about the probability of being infected.

Yesterday I went shopping in a shopping mall, and my finger was cut by the sharp lock in the fitting room when I was trying the clothes, my finger was bleeding then, I can see blood coming out from the wound, but not that severe. I asked the shop assistant for help, and she gave me a piece of wet tissue to wipe the blood. The wet tissue she gave me was packed in a big package, in other words, there are many pieces packed altogether in a package, not independently. I didn’t notice if the wet tissue was clean or not, and I also didn’t know whether the packet was opened before. I might be worried too much, but I am really paranoid at the present. What if the shop assistant has hiv and she had her blood or other body fluid on the wet tissue? Someone might say hiv can’t live long outside the body, but what if she stained her blood the moment she gave me the tissue? Is that poosible? I’m sorry that she offered me help but I suspected her in return, but I’m really frightened. I would be appreciated if someone can give a reply.

This is not a realistic concern. HIV does not survive outside its living host. Exposure to air renders body fluids  unable to infect. Aside from that, this is a very paranoid and irrational train of thought which would benefit discussion with a counselor to help overcome such bizzare thoughts that are not based on reality.

Thank you for the reply! I’m aware of my issue of paranoia, and I’m trying to overcome with it. If It doesn’t work well, I might ask for a psychologist for help. Once again, thanks for your comment and help!
