Blood Drawn

I was in clinic this morning for a sugar test,  

Nurse drawn the blood used new needle, but she forget to wipe alcohol to my skin before the injection, she press and touches my skin before the injection?

do i have a hiv risk in this matter?

You had no risk. The needle was "new". Regardless of not using alcohol or not. There was no exposure to HIV in your situation.

If the hands of nurse have blood of hiv person and touches my skin before my injection, do you think i have a risk of hiv?

You had zero risk It is paranoia to think a clinic infects patients with HIV.
You don't have any medical training so it is unrealistic for you to think that you know how to do the nurse's job and she doesn't know how and to also think that she infects people all the time and no one notices. If you continue with these thoughts you need to see a therapist because it is then a mental health issue.
