Blood on penis gland

I would like to ask the forum, if blood gets on penis gland can it transmit HIV?

About the urethra - to make it clear, if someone has a cut on his hand and fresh blood touches the urethra u get it?

on the uretha (opening into the penis, that is lined with mucos membrane)you would need to get it in there right from someone's bloodstream as its survival is not good outside the body. the head of the penis besides the opening as no mucous membrane

no, blood has to have access to a muscous membrane. also dried blood cannot transmit virus.
