Blood spots on tongue and Cunilingus- HIV Worry

Hi, thank you so much for the help.

I’m from China where hiv related questions are rarely educated. So please help me.

I visited a prostitute in Macau and she is from Thailand.

A. I licked her vagina and anus. Issue 1: 1.5 days prior, I bit my inner mouth wall while eating. The wound was still there during the encounter but seemingly healed a lot. Issue 2: separately, next morning I found quite some blood blisters on my tongue. They are so tiny like needle point. I never felt hurt and don’t even know where they came from or when they came. A possible reason could be that they came from burn during dinner after the sex encounter. But I don’t remember being burned specifically by the food.

B: she used her vagina to rub my penis but I don’t think there were apparent penetration.

C: intercourse followed but was protected by a condom.

I’m really worried since health care workers told me I had high risk exposure. I started PEP 23 hours after the incident.

Please help !

You were never at risk for HIV transmission. You didn't engage in any thing that could expose you to the virus. Most importantly, the idea of assuming CSW was HIV positive is anxiety driven.

Your issue seems to be anxiety due to some sort of guilt probably, we can't help you with that since we are only specific to HIV prevention. Perhaps, you must see a counselor to seek help for your real issue.

Testing is not necessary.

Hi Mike, really appreciate the response.  But isn’t licking the woman’s vagina an exposure ? I’m not saying she is definitely positive. But if she is , then I’m exposed to the virus through vagina secretions right ? On top of that, the blood blister might be there while Cunilingus happened, which elevate the risk.

I know that I need to be rational. That’s why I want to gain some insights from knowledge leaders like you.
No. The initial assessment doesn't change even with the inclusion of factors you have mentioned.

Oral sex is not a risk even with presence of oral blisters or sores. Therefore, you need to move on from this worry. See a counselor if you are still so anxious and unable to think logically.
Advices taken. Truly appreciate the answers.  Cheers !
