worried about hiv .please help me

This year i sex with ***** for 7 times.Every time unprotected oral sex and sex with condoms. The most recent one was on June 1, i sex with the ***** for woman on top with condoms, she shaked violently. The process lasted two minutes. After 5 minutes i went to wash, because the water pressure was so high, I found that the penis up 5 mm ( in public hair not on the penis) has a similar  the wound of folliculitis or acne. The wound was little. After washing, there was no bleeding, but I don't know when it was broken.I was afraid she made this wound broken, though the wound was in the pubic hair I was still afraid the wound contacted with her  Vaginal discharge or blood.I am worried about friction made the virus into my body.A lot of people say outside contact is not spread, but i still worry.please tell me how much risk is this behavior?
And sorry my English is poor .IF you cant understand clearly ,tell me and i discribe better.

"A lot of people say outside contact is not spread, but i still worry."
Yes, there is no risk from outside contact, which you already know. Nothing else to say.

Unless you can stop worrying on your own, I suggest therapy, to try to deal with your HIV phobia.
If her vulva  contacted with my wound directly and friction, and not enough air, does it increase the risk?
Consider therapy for your HIV phobia, instead of hunting down chat sites and rephrasing your same questions endlessly.
You have no medical training but question the 40 year old science as if you are an expert.
