Breast Milk and Hand Job

dear, recently i went to a massage parlor and the lady massager gave me a massage using her breast. She was lactating too. am not sure whether breast milk has entered by urethra and will cause HIV/AIDS. Not only that she sucked my nipples too. Dont know whether she is infected with HIV/AIDS. Can i continue  sex relation with my wife. When should i go for a test, in case if required. Kindly reply

Sucking your nipple no risk.

Breast milk in urethra is unlikely, theoretically I suppose it could be a route to infection, but I'm not 100% sure, its not something I've read anywhere else, however, I would say the risk would be negligible, as it says above even with a bottle full of milk the risk is still small, so unless she poured a bottle full down your urethra you had no risk, also you are assuming that the female was HIV +, when it is likely that she wasn't. If you are worried get tested, but I don't think its necessary.

Hi PJ,
My concern is that if her breast milk would have entered my urethra thru penis, will i be infected with HIV. Ans second one is that SHE sucked/Licked my nipples also.

This statement relates to a mother feeding a child with breast milk:-

HIV and other serious infectious diseases can be transmitted through breast milk. However, the risk of infection from a single bottle of breast milk, even if the mother is HIV positive, is extremely small.

So it is unlikely that you have caught HIV from what you describe.

You can have a 4th generation antigen/antibody duo test at 28 days post exposure.
