I met a man on Grindr about a year ago (we have fooled around before but never had sex because I am a virgin) and we met a few hours ago again to fool a round some more. I have only messed with him because he says he is on PreP and gets tested regularly, but when we met up this time, he put lube on his penis and began to poke my anus (I don't believe he penetrated me but my anus stings a bit) for a no longer than a minute before I told him to stop. My question is, if he had precum on his penis while poking my anus, am I at risk for contracting HIV? He said he was on PreP and I do believe him but even if he's on PreP am I at increased risk? Should I go get PEP right now? HELP
