Broken condom oral sex

I read this forum and its giving me a lot of hope. I went to Jamaica 2 days ago and my stupidity brought me to this massage parlor. She gave me oral sex with condom but after I came, I noticed that the condom broke! I think my penis was in her mouth for about 1-2 minutes before I took it out. While she was giving me oral sex, I massaged the outer part of her vagina as she did not want me to insert any of my fingers. I felt a little vaginal secretion on my finger while i was doing it.

After I came, she removed the condom and i did not see if there's any blood in it or not. After she did this, I went on to wash. I did not noticed that I used my hand which i used to massage her vagina to wash my penis. Also I have small wounds near my scrotum due to scratching. Please help me I'm really worried about this.

Thank you Dr.

Thanks Teak! what about from her vaginal secretion? I have some scratch on my leg near the scrotum which is a bit open but was not bleeding. I'm so worried that I may have transferred her vaginal secretion on one of my wound which was due to scratching as I washed?

You were never at risk of contracting HIV from oral sex.

CDC mentions something about having blood coming out of the mouth can infect HIV. Now i'm not sure if there was blood or not that's why I'm worried sick.
