Broken condom

Well here I am again asking another question. I had sex with a woman that I've known for a while. Although I don't know her sexual history or status of stds or hiv. We wore a condom I checked frequently on the condom and it was good. Until I pulled out to ejaculate I noticed the condom had broke. Also noticed a little bit of blood since she was at the end of her menstrual cycle. I asked if she's been tested soon and she said yes. And said she was fine. I'm curious what's my risk of hiv from this act?

Zero risk if she is negative, but only a test can determine that. What does this mean? "I asked if she's been tested soon"
A duo is conclusive after a 4 week window and any other is up to 12 weeks so if she knows what test she took and how long it was after her last unprotected then you can figure  that out.

Sorry, I meant to say, I asked if she tested recently for std's she said yes and that she was clean. I'm just a little concerned about my situation. As I don't know if she's telling the truth or not. I guess I'll wait four weeks for duo.
Yes, if you don't trust her do the test. Did she test for hiv or just std?
