There are no "experts" here, we are people with knowldge about HIV and transmission.
I don't really care what the CDC has to say, I have gained my knowledge from professionals like Dr.HHH and Dr.Hook as well as reading other real publications.
Vance, I'm surprised you don't know anything about the CDCs well published risk numbers that many professional experts refer to. Are you a medical professional? What qualifies to to be an expert?
I can't speak for the CDC and I have never seen that number from them, but unprotected anal sex is the highest risk you can have. This is why for years when HIV first came to America it was thought of only to happen to gay men as they would have anal sex. Receiving anal is a higher risk then giving, but still is classified as a high risk.
