Can ARS symptoms present as a sore throat after 4-5 days post exposure?

Let me explain the situation. I am a gay male and I had a few sexual encounters on the 13th of July. Yes, a few...3 guys at different times. I have two fwb who occasionally come over for oral and they just so happened to contact me the same day to come by. Since it had been months since meeting either of them, I contacted a third who was someone I do not know at all.

The first one that came over is the one I'm primarily worried about. He is kind of sketchy and used to do drugs and is supposedly out of rehab. I gave him oral but I do not swallow him at all except this time, he did not tell me he was about to cum and some got in my mouth, which I immediately spit it into a towel. Even put soap on my tongue and mouth. The second guy came by a few hours later and since he is someone I trust more, I did decide to swallow him as I have in the past (February was the last time he came by). The third, since I do not know him, I gave him oral with a condom, but I did rim him.

A few days later on Tuesday, I started to get a sore throat very late at night, and early morning Wednesday. I remember waking up panicking that it was HIV immediately because of the first guy. That Wednesday, I had to leave work early because I got nauseated and was feeling ill. I took off Thursday because now my throat was hurting more so I decided to go into the clinic to get tested for all STDs and get my throat looked at. I get tested every 3-4 months so I was due anyway. Everything came back negative, but of course I know it was too soon for the three men the previous weekend.

Took off work Friday, relaxed Saturday, but then Sunday I decided to go back to the doctor because now I lost my voice. He looked at my throat and said it looked like I may have a viral infection of some sort; not mono, HSV, or strep, just a viral infection. I had him look at my ears which also were hurting and he didn't see anything but prescribed me antibiotic ear drops. Went to the first doctor a few days later and had them swab my throat for strep, gonno, and chlamydia and all came back negative.

Sore throat persisted for over a week and of course I turned to google and read that sore throats generally only last up to a week and anything longer could be more serious and it listed HIV as a possibility so now I'm panicking. My symptoms over the past 11 days have been: sore throat (ironically switches sides where it started on the left side for a week and then switched to the right side), painful to swallow, coughing, hoarseness, nausea, headache, and earache. Haven't had a fever at all; no rash or anything else.

Does this sound like possible ARS symptoms? Is it likely I may have contracted HIV from one of the men?
