Can HIV hide?

I've read that HIV can hide in ur body like in the spleen, lymph nodes, and other parts. I've also read that HIV is at most 2% in the blood stream. Isit possible that a person may initially test neg even though Hiv is present ?

HIV can hide in parts of the body but a team of HIV specialist in melbourne Australia have discovered where it likes to hide,but if you have HIV it will always show up on a test between 2 weeks and 3 months.
