Can HIV symptoms be spaced out/come and go?

I had joint pain/muscle aches and fever. They went away for a couple of days, but now they’re back with a cough and thrush? Does that happen as it seems to me that acute HIV is one concurrent thing then gone, not some symptoms, then others, coming and going?

You should have no confidence in your personal idea that you had a risk, but instead of accepting the 40 year old hiv science that researchers have analyzed you are sticking with your incorrect fears that somehow hiv can occur without a risk .
At this point your anxiety is a bit of a mental illness so consider therapy instead of wasting any more time trying to be a google doctor.
