Can I move on?

2 weeks ago i met a guy with unknown status, we did french kiss and cuddling. I had diarrhea and throw up a couple of days ago and i went tk see d doc and i was told that i PROBABLY was infected by food poisoning. But i was still worried it can be due to the french kiss that the guy was hiv+ and transmitted it to me~I couldnt sleep every night and shut everyone out recently. Please help me if i need any test. The guy told me he didnt knw if he had it or not. Now im very worried if deep kissing transmit hiv.

You are safe and testing would be a waste of time. Your doctor already diagnosed food poisoning so it is time to accept that.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with. This sentence is all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established.
No one got HIV from touching or oral activities in 40 years of HIV history, so likely no one will in the next 40 years of your life either. If it was as easy to catch as you think, then every teenager in America would have it.
