Can Indirect oral lead to hiv ?

I'm 21. I had protected sex with a sex worker on 7th of june. But while having sex she sucked my penis in between with her mouth and then kissed me mouth to mouth. Are there any chances of getting infected with hiv? Later on 26th june I drank chilled alcohol while I was sweating. Next day I had sore throat followed by cough and sneezing. No everything seems okay. Can this be Acute retroviral syndrome?? I didn't notice any fever, headache or different rashes than my pimples. Bt sore throat and cold like symptoms were nearly for 18 days. Even now my throat is not totally okay.

The only way to transmit HIV is through unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing of IV drug needles.  Saliva inactivates the virus and, therefore, oral is not a risk.  Best

Thank you sara. But I want to add that I had swollen lymph gland (just one) right below my jaw on the right side of my neck for nearly 20 days. My throat is still isn't totally normal. Should I get tested? I mean I didn't have fever, headache and rashes. Rest all other symptoms I could feel.
Symptoms aren't used to diagnose HIV so if concerned about throat see your doctor because you have chosen the disease you can't have.
Lymph swell for various reasons and after colds so that proves nothing either.
Everyone posts here thinking they have ARS but none do, so self-diagnosis is not accurate.
I'm sorry to bother you guys again. But now I have burning sensation on my tongue. It is red fur type thing on tip of my tongue. It seems like oral thrush. And Im afraid again now.
Reread the part about your doctor because this forum does not diagnose.

No, the risk is probably around 0.001%.
