Can Initial Symptoms Change?

So, I started off with getting a flu like cold about three weeks ago. Coughing with mucous, body aches, extreme tiredness, and congestion. That went away, yet left me with EXTREME fatigue, couldn't focus, etc. Now three weeks later I am having mild night sweats, tightness in throat, bad tension headaches all day, and hot flashes at around noon everyday... Could this just be my anxiety, or do HIV symptoms just keep coming in different stages? (this is 9 weeks past exposure)

I tested last Tuesday, so i'm just really worried about the results, as every symptom I now have seems to lead to HIV :(
